Do you ever wonder if some celebrities are wearing fake engagement rings? I thought that Khloe Kardashian's ring looked very similar to something BTD makes. You know--the pave on the band look that BTD has.
Have you ever wondered about any of them? Just curious to see if it's just me.

I do sometimes... I think Paris Hiltons ering was fake come to find out... at least that's what I think I remember????

.... I still think Kim Kardashian's ring was fake.. their was a clip on youtube of her on Jay Leno were he tells her if you hold a CZ in a flame it will melt it... shows how little he knows... .... so he took her ring and done it and then said look it's real cause it didn't melt the stone....

I never used to but now I think that Kim Kardashian's ring was fake. I have come to this conclusion in light of her 72 day marriage. Why buy a real one for such a short period of time. I think the whole thing was staged for publicity and ratings and fame.

I try not to pay attention to celebrities. So much of what we see is fake, a show, done for marketing or self immortalizing...even if the ring is real it means little in that regard.

Besides, it's not uncommon to have a 'fake' version of a real ring for everyday wear...while the valuable one is locked safely away to be use only on special occasions.

Well, everything else about them is fake - why not their jewelry too?

I do think Kim's ring was fake. I agree it was all a publicity stunt. Ridiculous!!

Most of the time it was definitley a CZ ring that Kim Kardashian was wearing.

I remember hearing on radio one time that she was having a "decoy" made of it.

Oh brother... a top notch jeweler that won't make a cheap looking fake? Hard to tell with the untrained eye? Good grief.

NOBODY can tell a fake unless they're a jeweler or have studied this stuff intensively. For example, 99% of people can't tell a Moissy from a Diamond - even if the cut isn't exactly right. And a cut that's correct on a CZ? The only way to tell is under a loupe, unless it's a seriously lousy CZ quality to begin with. And to be honest, there are seriously lousy diamonds too!

Not to mention, you would have to be looking at most of this stuff under a loupe. They're just trying to make her fake better than it is.

Well, if it was fake, I thought it was a Fabulous Fake. I'd take it anytime, fake or not. That's my absolute favorite cut of stone and carat weight.
