I have been emailing customer service regarding whether or not a particular cut can be done and after 2 weeks I have yet to get an answer. I have gotten kind email responses in a timely manner, but after several emails and a week of waiting on an answer, I was then told it would be another week before the cutters would be in - which was today, and still no answer. I'm concerned because if I don't get an answer by Monday I won't have a full business day to work out something else with the manufacturer of my ring before the window of custom orders closes.
Should I go ahead and order it and then in case it isn't doable put in the alternative? The deposit will be the same. Not sure what to do. I also have another question, but at this rate I won't get an answer in time for that either. In case you know the answer, can your cutters do a cushion oval shape, and elongated french cuts? And, if multiple small stones of the same shape are needed does each one need its own deposit? I would need 6 of one shape (5x3mm or so).
Thanks in advance for your time and help!

Hi Flash, Go ahead and order and if we can't do it, then we'll accept an alternative cut request or worst case, refund you, but that way the order is in before take the custom cut pages down. Cutting starts tomorrow and so we'll be able to get you answers shortly. Best regards Less

I never got an email response about anything. Just thought you should know. I think the confusion was that I recommended you place the order and then worst case we would refund since the custom window was closing before we would have an answer...since there was no order, I don't believe anyone checked. I will follow up on it and if it can be done, I'll put it in for you. Best regards Less

Thank you, Less. But, I had to make a decision after having waited for awhile (2 weeks and several emails) because I had other stones on hold that would work for the alternative stone - just in case - and I had to make a decision on that as I didn't want to lose them, and a designer waiting on an answer, and a hubby wanting to know how much as each stone choice had its own ring and quote, so I just picked the one I knew was doable. I also decided I didn't want any confusion in the ordering process. However, if you know the answer by the time you read this response, great! Because there is always the next stone color on the list for the next custom cut window. I so hope I made the right choice.
