I am not a fan of the design of the halo, its too big and bulky for me. When we saw the ring I said I did not like the setting but DH couldn't remember what I said ( he doesn't pay much attention )

he doesn't mind if I take back the setting at all, he knows I do not like yellow gold.

and about returning it, DH really would probably be relieved. He isn't a big online shopper and its the only thing I had said I really liked that we had seen in person. Obviously its an expensive Vday gift haha.

I also hate that when I compare it to my OMC Asha I can't get over how diamond like my Asha looks and makes me feel like I shouldn't keep a several thousand dollar diamond when I could get the same thing for under 1000. I am very practical ( hubby even said today that our jeweler made a comment about me loving big diamonds and he told her that I do love them but I am very practical... DH will give me the go ahead to buy something big and I always back down last minute)

wow...that is beautiful! I like it, it's not your every day looking ring. My hubby would be very hurt if I returned something he bought for me, but....that's him. If you dh is ok with it, then you should probably just get what you really want.

If I were you...I would keep it.

I couldn't even imagine returning it! The diamond has such amazing faceting and the setting looks like a lucious milligrain, chunky, YG version of the Gabbie (my avatar pic).
