Hi ladies, figured I would boohoo to you guys since my husband thinks I am nuts. Haha. Earlier this month I decided I wanted a nice set of earrings and a matching necklace. Something classy and elegant but casual enough for every day wear. I decided on a .66 ctw four prong low profile basket for the studs and a .33ctw classic four prong basket pendant. I decided to go with asha because I've never seen moissanite in person and I'm really afraid its going to be to warm for my taste. The asha in my engagement ring is G in color and its completely perfect (at least for me). Anyways... after patiently waiting on our tax money I requested the links to purchase. Today I received a response saying they are out of that size and wont restock for a few months :[ I am so beyond sad, I'm near tears. I was looking forward to it so much. I rarely ever buy anything for myself, especially something this expensive. I briefly considering going up in size but I know it would be completely unrealistic for our budget. Plus going up in size would be more then I budgeted for :[ I am one sad panda.

Mini did you try Ashadiamonds.com for the same style? It looks as though they have the stones in stock. Hope they have what you are looking for. ~Red

Asha diamonds is who I spoke to frown I thought I was in the clear too since it says they have 27 left but I guess it just hasn't been updated in awhile.

Mini what a huge bummer frown . There should be a better system for tracking the stones so people aren't planning on something that isn't there. I understand most companies can't do a minute by minute tracking but every few days at least.~Red

In that size, maybe you could still consider moissanite? I think you'd be happy with the stones. They stay sparklie longer than Ashas. Maybe just order the earrings or necklace first and see what you think? If not a keeper, return the piece and wait for the smaller Ashas to become available.

Maybe you could consider Wink's stones? I'm sure his company could make you that set in that size, if they have the stones in, he might be worth checking out. Since pendants and earrings don't see much abuse, if you are open to Wink CZ (which is phenomenal!), that might be a good option and they (the stones) would last you forever. smile

Moissy or winks stones are both a great alternative!

I think you would be very happy with Moissy for the earrings. at that size you will not notice any warmth at all. and they stay cleaner longer. As far as the necklace goes Winks stones are TDF you would be happy with those as well. I just prefer Moissy for earrings because I wear them everyday and I do not have to clean them as much as the asha and the sparkle is TDF.
