Jon, I recently read someone with an AVR comment that their's had a creamy look to it. While this person loves it, I'm not sure what this means. Does it mean it doesn't have a crisp clean look? The videos you post show others wise. That the facets are broad but crisp. Could you please clarify?

I would imagine that creamy probably was a reference to color? I've heard it used that way before. Perhaps this person had a warmer color stone (like an L/M) that wasn't really yellow and wasn't really white, but was more a creamy color.

Ohhh thanks labelo. That makes sense. When I read creamy, for some reason, my first response was milky, hazy and such. Thanks for clarifying

Correct. Labelo's right on. It is in reference to the warmer colors we cut in AVR and also AVC.

Adjectives that have been used are ...

Creamy, antique lace, warm, sunny, lemony (for the darker colors), vanilla cream, etc. all of which embody the essence of the older cuts too as many of them were in fact of the warmer body colors.

When we first began cutting these we had no intent on cutting colors lower than J but after many requests and consumer demand we have and do stock both a white and warm inventory of AVR & AVC.

All the best,
Jon
