Hello everyone,

New to the board and was just reading over some of the moissanite discussions. I am just beside myself. I wanted to go with a moissanite e-ring, but I found my dream setting on DNL. Found a lot of really mixed reviews, but I decided to go with it. Well, the setting ended up being not at all what was pictured, so I am returning it. I found the exact same setting on MoissaniteCo's site, so I am ecstatic and hoping I can actually get the setting that was pictured and have moissanite to boot, which is the stone I really wanted in the first place.

I just wondered how happy you are with the settings you've gotten from MoissaniteCo? I really do not want to be disappointed again. I'm not worried about the stones, though I do think I'm going to go with the Amora upgrade.

There's a lot of detail to this setting, I know, but if it's not right then I just want to pick another ring. The exact same ring I originally got from DNL is here:

It ended up coming to me with none of the studding effect, no butterfly shape on the side (just a glob of circles) and just looked like a cheap version of the ring I thought I would get.

Any ring I've purchased from MoissCo looks just like it did on their webpage. I've never been disappointed.

Their mountings are always first rate, have heft, and I've always been pleased with my purchases.

The setting you chose is beautiful. With it being a radiant, I would go with the Amora upgrade.
My ring isn't from moissaniteco, but everyone here I have the boards really likes the quality of their settings.

I love that setting, but you do realize that Moissanite Square Cut stones aren't cut exactly like the regular Princess cut stone, don't you? Some people don't like the Moisanite Square Cut stone. If you wanted a realistic princess cut, I think you can switch the stones out for Asha Princess stones. Just a suggestion. Love the ring,and congratulations on your engagement.

I realize the square cut is a bit different from the princess cut and I am actually excited about that! It seems that MoissaniteCo's square cut will have a little more bling than the princess DNL stone I got, so that's always a good thing. I wish I would have just trusted my gut when I saw so many negative DNL reviews, but I saw a lot of positive ones too. I am just thrilled I can still get my dream ring with moissanite.

I emailed MoissaniteCo with some other questions, but I think I am going to go ahead and order it from them in the next week or two. If the setting still isn't to my liking, I have another ring picked out from MoissCo that I know I will love too.
