The Asha will NOT cloud if you stay away from ammonia based jewelery cleaners. Use only Dawn detergent and a soft (child's) toothbrush. Rinse very well and DRY IT with bathroom tissue top and underneath. It's the ammonia that turns it cloudy. I learned this from a chemist who works for a company that makes artificial diamonds. So, I've never used anything with ammonia and mine is brigher than the sun after 7 years now. I do not wear it while doing dishes or showering - who needs to do that anyway?? Keep it clean! It takes only a very few minutes now and then, and keeps body oils and other things off of it. Mine is so large - 3ct. Princess Asha center with a 1ct princess on each side - so it's a must to keep it clean. I have NEVER had anyone question "is it real" (not even family)- it looks to real to even ask!!! I've never particularly "babied" it - just keep it clean.
