Most of mine are closed up right now. I have had both daiths, some cartilage, some lobe piercing, septum, tongue, navel as well as several others. When my friend was apprenticing I had quite a lot done just because I didn't mind being a human pincushion. lol. I still have the daiths and the lobe piercings. That's it! Everything else was removed for one reason or another. Babies being biggies!

I only have two pieces, but they're both fairly intensive. My back is 3/4 covered (no plans on doing more) and I have one that goes from hip to hip, pubic bone to navel. That one is blown out from pregnancies and needs touching up, but I doubt I'll get around to it anytime soon, if ever. My back is very special to me. My front is as well, for a different reason.

I took my belly button ring out a few years ago and the hole is still there! I'm afraid when I get pregnant it will stretch. Is that true?!

it will stretch, but it should also return to it's regular-ish size. A lot depends on your skin's elasticity.

You can't submerge any tattoo in water for at least 2 weeks so just taking a shower isn't going to hurt it. As long as you keep it moisturized you should be good to go.

My back is a scene from a fairy tale my father used to tell me growing up. It's very beautiful and done in a watercolor style. Kind of pre-raphaelite tones.

My front is very different. New school swallows in different colors with starbursts and cherries.

I just looked at my belly button, and I took it out more than 3 years ago. 1.5 pregnancies later, it is a little stretched, but not that anyone would ever notice. After babies, your slight askew naval piercing is the LAST thing you will be worried about in terms of your body. HAHAHA, just you wait.

I also had my nose pierced, but took it out around 24...so 8 years ago. The hole is still there if I look really closely, but I don't think anything would fit in it.

And I just have 1 tatoo, a "tramp stamp" and that will not be photographed, lol. I will use it as a warning to my kids. Do not ink yourself unless you are sure, and have given it real thought. It has emaning to me, but I wish I had not done it. However, it is quite low and I would never wear any pants that low ago, so it is kinda funny.

What is your tramp stamp Jcent??

I used to tease my family that I was going to have

"LLAMA MOMMA" tattooed as a tramp stamp,..that way when they change my diapers someday in the retirement home,..they will all have something to laugh at.

But now it has to be a kangaroo...lol
