I hate to say it Kanga but I'm going to be honest with you, I like it better with the asha.

It is prob because what is sold as 8mm is not 8mm...it is 8.1 or 8.2 etc, and the depth of the stones will be different. Also, the moissy just has a different cut...and your setting was *made for* a different stone.

I like the face down view as well, but the side view looks a bit like the stone doesn't fit well.

Pretty new pictures. It looks like a celebrity ring.
Can someone find the picture of Kjimm's ring--the first one with the halo--She has a profile picture of it and it looked high as well--very pretty too-I thought so at the time.

The Asha had a high crown too though... This looks like the girdle is exposed.

New sparkle made a good point about it covering a bit if the halo too. Do you like it like that? I don't mind either way, but some people like an airline, others don't.

You could always switch it back...

Don't get me wrong kanga I love it with the moissy too but idk, in the pics it just looks like it shows so much color in comparison to the diamond side stones.

It's not the high crown that looks off, it's the more exposed girdle that I notice as the difference between the first and second stone.

BUT, we are looking at these pictures in remarkable blow-up. I doubt that IRL these small differences are that noticeable. You notice them because you had a before and after. It may be hard to imagine but if you had this ring first would you feel like it was an odd fit or would you think it is fine? If you didn't have anything to compare it to would you love it?

I do love the hint of color by the way. I think you got an excellent OEC moissy!!
