Those inspiration pieces are just beautiful. I love love love the side pear emeralds. I think Labelo makes a really good point, those inclusions are really blown up. Can we see some hand shots???

Can you take a hand shot, from far away?? SO it gives a real life perspective? I agree the bubbles may be more than you wanted, but in real life, at normal viewing distance, I think they may look really authentic.

But if they cause integrity issues llike you are worried about then I would send it back.

Your wish is my command. I think that the inclusions look better but the cut looks worse.

The inclusions don't bother me as much in the perspective shots. You have to be happy with it in the end, though. And like jcent and others have said, if it's compromising the stone's integrity it needs to go.

What about the cut do you not like? I know it can be hard to put your finger down on it exactly sometimes, but I'm not quite sure what's off about it.

See that black line of extinction? That is visible in the stone all the time...not just when photographed.

Hahah, good comeback Jcent. I guess I'm being picky, I will see what BTD says about the integrity thing. Their response dictates my choice! I appreciate all your feedback!

lol, if it really bugs you then you have your answer. I think there are so many things to consider when finding flaws in stones. Sure, they are not ideal, but then no earth mined stone ever is, so it is a toss up. You could have ordered the b grade, but I have only seen one b grade, and the inclusions were hardly visible to the naked eye. My personal preference would be for a b grade I think, as I like eye clean stones best, but I don't go for realsim. wink I just look at people like I am a milionaire, OBVIOUSLY, so that is why I have perfect, huge gems. smile Your stone looks realistic to me, but still very high quality...

Your nail polish looks great with the stone. That emerald just glows! And I love the kitty cat photo bombing smile

I actually like the inclusion from a distance. But you are the one wearing it; you shouldn't settle unless you're 100% happy!
