Excuse me, Jezebel???

He doesn't have any papers for clients to not resell his goods.

Clients that have bought his merchandise buy his merchandise free and clear. It becomes the buyers property and they can do whatever they want with it.

It would be a different situation if he filed a Uniform Commercial Code lien against all of his inventory and his customers and was only leasing the merchanise out to them, but he is NOT a jewelry lessor, he is a jewelry VENDOR! When he sells his merchandise, title transfers free and clear, and he admitted himself that he has no copyrights or patents on the intellectual property, specifically, his design, not that that's even an issue in this case!!!!

And after all is said and done, I'm not out to destroy his business! His conduct speaks for itself. I'm reporting exactly what happened and how it happened and how I feel about it, and I have a recorded phone conversation to prove that I'm not lying.

I'm also saying that if there ever comes a time when he wants to work with ME, I won't be taking his business.

How is that destroying his business name if I'm merely reporting the truth?

I'm not the ONLY one who has posted a bad experience with him and posted it online.

If I had a good experience, that's what I would post and it would help his business grow.

But he chooses to conduct himself in an unprofessional matter and now are you telling me I'm supposed to keep quiet about it?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?

He seems to have an unusual amount of pride/attachment to THAT particular ring, if it's the one I'm thinking of... how strange.

Thanks, MissKK! Your'e awesome. I'm calming down. I'll be over it in an hour.

I should mention that I'm still getting that diamond instead now, so it's time to get excited about that and my pendant project!

*whispers* I didn't think getting the ring was the right thing for you anyway.

Yes, get excited about your pendant! Getting Jewelry should be fun and exciting - not blood pressure raising!

In my opinion, he is a pompous ass and I will never purchase any of his items. EVER.

I had a ridiculous conversation with him several years ago and he called me a liar on the phone. I was interested in a GOG hearts and arrows square stone and LM told me they don't make such a thing and I was "lying and wasting his time". He also went on to tell me that he refused to place such "an ugly M colored stone" into one of his settings.

His actions ruined a deal with both him and GOG. I was so horrified by the way he treated me, I refused to buy the diamond. He needs some serious medication and long term therapy to get over his GOD complex. I understand the guy is a fabulous artist, but if I want to be verbally abused I'll call my Mother. LOL
