Has anyone who has recently sent in a quote request heard back from him? He's usually so prompt, but it's been a couple of weeks and his assistant is back and I still haven't gotten a response. I resent my email two weeks ago so I hate to be a pain...

Just go ahead and resend it. Or give him a ring on the phone. He probably thought he already responded or forgot to. I am guilty of that myself!

Cat, I agree with you - he is very trusting. I bought a semi-mount ring from him on Monday and it's being delivered today (YAY). In that time he sized it and set a CZ in it before we make any changes to it. He sent it 2 day UPS but it's coming early. I of course paid for the ring (ebay) but I didn't pay for the sizing and he offered the to set his own CZ just so I could see the ring first. His customer service is nothing short of outstanding!!!!

When I initially emailed him with the the modifications I wanted, I told him how everyone on this forum absolutely loves him and his work. I was referred to him by so many people that I literally could not ignore it.

I just received my final CAD's from him and emailed him that I'm ready to have him make my custom ring!

I am VERY excited! This ring is going to be absolutely phenomenol! I just paid off my OEC moissy for the center stone and it was on the FedEx truck today but I missed the delivery. In fact, I should go there now and pick it up.
