And its only MY big mouth of excitement for finding DK,..and my love of BellaRoo for blabbing all over this forum about him!!

When I was considering having my ring made by him,..I was very nervous,..and I did also find those threads from 2008!! But that was alonggggggg time ago,..and there certainly was not much on here.
So this is a great idea that we are using him more now!!

For newbies,..he has great customer service,.and ALWAYS wants you to end up happy!!

My only project with Mr. Klass so far has already posted and I don't have anything to add (YET! the wheels are turning!), but I wanted to pop back in to this thread just to say that I found myself recommending him again yesterday, for like the millionth time! When it comes down to it, it's not his reasonable prices, attention to detail, or quality custom work that keep me recommending him, it's the way he treats his customers. His service and courtesy speak volumes. A good customer-jeweler relationship requires trust, and I feel like he's earned mine. I understand that some inter-vendor issues re: design duplication have surfaced, which is really unfortunate, but from the customer's standpoint, the factors I mentioned are what will secure my return business.
