I am a Human Development Specialist, AKA MOM of 2. I have BA and I am currently finishing up a BS (This Summer!!!). In the fall I will be going to Grad school for my MPH in Epidemiology. I'm 26 and have held various positions from executive assistant, financial aid processor and I once worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for Blue Nile. My husband sent me into early retirement after we had our first born LOL. I intend to begin my career (hopefully with the CDC) when my children are school aged.

Let's see, not too much to tell but, I'm 31. I have three kids that I stay home with and homeschool. They are in 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade. I think of myself as a "keeper at home". smile

Jcent, how amazing!

Retail is retail, New Sparkle wink Designer or not. But the discounts were great smile I do not miss it for a second though. It was 24/7 and just generally exhausting.

I'm dull... I've lived in Indianapolis my whole life. I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a double major in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. I've worked for 10 years at a large pharma company as a systems analyst deploying and maintaining Oracle database driven applications. I put myself to sleep just describing it. However, I do have a great husband and awesome 5 year old daughter who also loves sparklies.

you can say that again! A thousand times and then some! I'm glad you got out! Its so funny to me (please no drama or offense to anyone) how people in general have no clue about retail and how much work is involved! We managers do everything and are responsible for people, million dollar buildings, billions in inventory etc. We also have to do all our own maintence and repairs! A couple months ago a man told me that I seemed smart, why am I wasting my life making 8 bucks an hr in retail! The general public has no clue the avg retail managers salary is 75K!
