Yeah, BG's stone is an e-cushion, but if she has it made custom, they could do any shape right? I was just showing her a bezel with an airline, because she had mentioned it, but wasn't sure if it was done.

I am having the same dilemma with my pear setting.. To prong or bezel. I am doing a legacy version to fit my pear and I am leaning towards bezel so that what I voted for you! To me prongs on a legacy setting don't look quite right

The bezel is very clean and classic looking. I like to see some shiny metal myself. Can't wait to see what you pick!!!

OMG that ring!!! I remember that ring upgradable got. I loooove that. Still not quite sure if I should have prongs so the diamond itself 'float'?

I am very divided. I love the color of my diamond and I think this diamond in the right setting with pretty stones around is capable of showing very pretty color and sparkle...I made a new video in the daylight with sunshine (not direct sun though). I realize the setting I have is crappy, so please overlook that part

Most of the sparkle comes from the light entering through the top of the stone not so much the bottom/sides. So bezel/prongs shouldn't matter much, it should sparkle the same as it does now.

Ok, and from what you see in this video, is it a decent amount of sparkle?

I hate that I am always second guessing my own decisions, urgh.I love the diamond and the fact we chose together,
just dont want to go spending MORE $ on a new setting if it will not give the boooom effect lol
