THIS ONE! The reason I say that is because you said it's the one that really sings to you and it's the one that you feel is worthy of a drum roll. Anyone else's taste is beside the point if *you* love it.

Now that I said your taste doesn't need any bolstering, I'm going to bolster anyway... I agree with you that the stone could get lost against your skin in a solitaire setting. Something with either metal or white stones around it will make a big difference. Your drum roll setting accomplishes that on both counts.

I, of course, love it!! And I love lots of your setting ideas. I agree a halo or something halo-esque is a good idea, just so it is more substantial.

I've always loved this setting. Is it a Vatche? Reminds me a bit of Joyce's Michael Valutti ring.

I also vote for a halo as the contrast of the white diamonds will make the stone really stand out.

I love the drum roll ring too! But I must confess I keep coming back to the flowery halo one photgraphed on the text. That one is awesome!

ahh that is one of my fav halos, christopher designs! I almost set my diamond in that setting. I like it too obviously.

Yeah I LOVE this one too! I think it may look better with my stone than the other one I like. So hard to decide. well at least I have plenty of time.
