I ordered an Arista Timeless ring in Palladium with an 8mm (2ct) Amora moissanite and should be getting next week...( cant wait and cannot sleep....) but I suddenly had few questions pop up that I would love if any of you would answer))))

1) I ordered just the ring and it occured to me to think about the matching wedding band which also is with 3 rows of pave diamonds: so if worn together, will the diamonds scratch each other and cause the pave diamonds to fall out????

2) How would I clean the pave diamonds to keep them sparkling? Is the ultra sonic cleanser system ok, or would it be better to go the soak and use toothbrush method, or both?

3) and since the diamonds are F/G color graded , will the "H" color Amora moissanite stand out? Will there be a visible color difference? ( I am one of those people who can detect color so thats why Im wondering))))

Anything else that I should be worried about or keep in mind with Arista ring as it is set with the pave diamonds??

Does anyone have pics of the 2.00 ct Amora Moissanite avaible??? Hope I dont die from the anticipation.. I keep checking the order status even though I know it wont be marked shipped yet for several days...but STILLLLL

I read on here somewhere that you can't put pave rings in a sonic jewelry cleaner because the little stones fall out. I'm wondering if one can jimmyrig a clothes hanger somehow and string the ring on it and float it over the water if that would help from keeping the stones from falling out? The only other way to clean them is with a steam jewelry cleaner. Congratulations on the new ring. It is a very lovely ring. Have my eye on it-actually its a 'only in my dreams' type of ring. But I like to look and drool at it.:)

You are right in that you should not wear pave bands stacked beside each other without a small spacer or something. But people do it, and it is really about your comfort level. Pave requires some extra care, and you may have to replace a lost stone or . As long as you are ok with that, and you know the risk, wear away! But get your rings checked every 6 months or so.

And no ultrasonics! You could buy a steamer, which does a great job and is much safer for deep cleans, and just do regular soaks with vinegar/hot sooapy water a nd a baby toothbrush.

There will be a slight colour difference, but melee is generally just so sparkly, you do see colour in it you just see the sparkle. I would not worry about that at all.

Congrats! I am jealous! I am wishing for a micro pave replacement e-ring. You bring up a good point about the melee rubbing together and causing harm to the stones. While I love the e-ring I am not personally married to the idea of a matching band. But I am not able to visualize anything other than the matching band in this set. I would not want to wear a third band in between and I def don't want just a plain band. So many things to figure out! Hmmm I can't wait for you to get it so we can see some hand shots!

melee are the small diamonds, like the pave in your ring.
