Does budget matter? If you're on a budget then Wink is the way to go. His CZs are beautiful.

I haven't seen an Asha ACC in person so I don't know how it compares to the OEC. Just to make things more complicated for you, have you thought about an Asha OMC? Erica (Jbeg) has special ordered some OMCs and is willing to sell them to BTD folks. At this point I believe the only place you can get an Asha OMC is thru Jbeg.
The faceting of the Asha OMC doesn't look anything like the Asha OEC...IMO. I just like the cut of the OMC better. Jewels by Erica Grace has photos of the Asha OMC on their website.

Based on what I've personally seen, preference:
1. Asha - OMC
2. Wink - OMC
3. Wink - OEC
4. Asha - OMC
