Yes, it is legal. You just use a differernt shippinga address. Most times you click the box that say shipping adress same as billling, but you would not click that box, and put inyour shipping address. And then in the notes, say what day you want it shipped on. Most shipping is 2 days, so you can work it out to arrive when you are there.

I have a question that I don't think I've seen asked elsewhere. Would it be legal for Less to buy Moissanite from C&C and then cut it with Mr Robot using the new (better) cuts and sell those newly cut stones in non-patented countries?

I don't think so....but even if they could I don't know why they would. From my understanding, attempts to recut the current form of moissanite have resulted in unappealing colors due to the base color of the raw moissanite. The current cuts ARE the best cuts for the current moissanite. Amora Gem won't have that issue as it is a whiter product from the start...no funky green. No recut can turn current moissy into anything close to what Amora Gem will be.

Yup, and I LOVE that it ended up like that, ha ha. I love that true OEC in that colour! That is exactly the results what I was thinking of when Less said he ended up with more champagne/brown results from less white rough, or something. ETA and normally Flanders are not my kind of cut, but that one certainly does something for me!

This was asked before, and the answer is no, it is not legal to buy C&C moissanite and recut it. The patent is not about growing moissanite, it is about cutting it for gemstone use. As well, C&C rough is not what many people find ideal. The Amora Gem is not just a better cut, it is a whiter rough with no green.
