We are all ROO-ting for you, Kanga! We hope-hope-hope you won't leave because you are a big-big-big part of us. But I know what it's like to think you've fallen into a jewelry hole and gotten kind of consumed. A step back is sometimes a good thing. That said, I'm still really hoping you won't go.

On the update..nothing.
I NEVER wear her without the bands,..and the bands are in the teacup. I also only took pics of her.
We have looked in the dumbest of dumbest places.
Except the real BellaRoos pouch

I have pit holes on my knees from looking in the gravel where the picture was taken on the way back to the house...
and everywhere else.

My husband, you girls and best friend are the ONLY ones to know,..well besides DK. I feel too stupid, to ever let anyone know. I cant even tell my mom.
Remember my originals were lost when I was going through the death of my special baby roo.

For my sanity,..I am working with David for a ring just like BellaRoo,..but with a change to be lower set..
as I will not have the special heirloom diamonds for below.

I have no money,..so I am racking my brain.
I will send him peachy pink for the center since I already have that.
I am sending him a wedding set with a small marques diamond and side stones and matching band that was given to me,..I was going to sell it. Its my brothers that his engagement did not work out. He owed me..lol

And I am thinking about sending him the new BTD Sapphire halo ring. To see what he would give me for that.
My moms does not even know about it,..so she will have no idea and I can get her something special another day. My mom will start asking where my ring is,..as when I am with her,.I am always wearing it.

I know this sounds all crazy,..but I feel like she is gone. and best case would be she would show up.

*What I have learned from this.

1)BellaRoo is my dream ring and I felt like I always "wanted" more right hand rings. The wandering eye.

2)Not having her has made me realize the contentment I have wished I could achieve of not want MORE of these pretties!
Does that make sense? I realize I only need my BellaRoo ring.
I mean,..I also already have pretty bands to go with her!

3)As much as I have learned that you should take your ring off to baby her and protect her...for me..I just cannot do this any longer. I would rather take the risk of bending a prong,.scratching a stone,..than lose the whole ring and ever go through this again. "Use the good china everyday baby"..is my new theme. Gosh,..when I think about every person I know in my life,.they NEVER take their rings off. For me,..its what its got to be.

If you think you might have lost her in the gravel find someone with a metal detector to come out and sweep the area.

It hasn't been that long, she might still turn up!!

I bought one off of Craigslist the first time I went through this..I tired tried it,..now I will try it in the house.

The ring is not gone kanga. It's just not. Stop looking for a day. Relax. You don't need to start a new project with DK and lose peachy.

I thought I lost a ring on a plane. Well turns out it appeared in a shoe (of all places - fell in there from a handbag I rummaged through) months later...

It won't take that long for you to find her. I know this sucks, but she's still there!

You have dogs right? Would they have done something with it?

The metal detector is a terrific idea... My Father who spent a lot of time in the woods lost his 18k white gold wedding band early one spring and could not find it... he then went back that fall with a detector and found the band.... after he had looked and looked in that area and not finding it... it's worth a shot....
