Oh, I'm so glad to find people who are making this sort of thing! It's a great way to add some variety... also it would be convenient for whenever I wash dishes and whatnot.
I passed the info on to a co-worker who has a very pricey platinum and diamond tacori wedding set who just became pregnant. Told her her husband needs to buy this for her. She is intrigued.

Here is my totally cheapo copper rendition of the pendant holder. Ugly as sin but works I wonder how I can pretty this thing up. Or maybe there's just no hope. I wanted to give it a try though to see if it could be done.
You've certainly got the right idea!! With a little work on the shaping the rings should lay more flat. I'm assuming you just curled the ends of the wire for the chain to go through?
I posted this in another thread but thought I'd add it here as well. I asked our very own poppyseed if her designer could do the ring holders and she said yes. You could contact me or Laurie directly if you're interested??
