I'm gonna stick with my "Equal Opportunity Bling Lover" status and just love what I love and adore what I adore, on myself or others. I do hate it when people get all self-righteous, acting as if their ring is any better than any one else's because of how much $$ was spent or how long it took or because it's made from x and not y. Money can't buy happiness, and it certainly can't buy a good marriage, and as for the ring, if it makes you happy why does it matter what it costs or what it is made from? (Now, I have issues with the idea of going into debt over a ring, but that's just me personally.)

hahaha Milady, you were the first person that came to mind with the "ring journey"...and then Nikkikeith. You are both hardcore, and it makes me feel silly for ever complaining about my 6 month wait with my cupcake. And 3 years later, I still have no clue what Nikki is doing...

I hear that! I'm helping my sister now and it's way more fun than doing it for myself. I'm also being allowed a window into someone else's journey and I swear I'm almost as excited as she is to see her dream realized!

im still waiting for my oec's from schubachs but im starting to think C&C cut them off at this point bc its been like 4 months now...ive thought about scrapping the project and just waiting for amora...or getting something from dbl...i even had the setting listed but im just super discouraged and almost sick of thinking about it at this point

haha i wish, i do like designing rings, ive prolly designed a full line by now LOL but not having anything work out in the end is extremely frustrating..

im sure the designs irl would be so much better than drawings

and i can pretty much guarantee you a 2 page speech will come when i do finally have a new ring on my freakin finger LOL

When I saw "ring journey," I instantly thought of nikkikeith. I was actually surprised when I saw my name as an example. I thought, "Oh yeahhh, that DID suck!" hahaha. It seems like so long ago now that I forgot I was on such a ridiculous journey. That's the good news ladies... eventually you'll forget how annoying the waiting game was - but that only works if you're content with what landed on your finger!

I have no idea what C&C is doing Nikki. But I still think they are coming. I think they over whelmed themselves with the FB stuff, but they said at one point that they were going to make the OECs a permanent offering... No one can know for sure I guess, but hang in there.
