I love emerald cuts but the baguettes are too much for my liking ! I like large Emeralds in simple settings, just maybe traps or HW setting.

I don't think so. But I love baguettes in any shape or fashion, especially channel set ones. I might prefer a more chunky center stone - it looks a bit too long and skinny for me but I think I could suck it up if someone gave me that ring in person.

And Angelinas ring is certainly different than anything out there being worn by other celebrities. What's most important is I think Brad designed it for what he thought Angelina would like.
