Also, you've got a lot of flexibility when it comes to sizing this baby. SK can size it all the way up to a 6! I don't think there is much room to go much smaller though.

I would only have SK size it though because other jewelers were too scared to attempt sizing it with it's delicate pave on the shank.

When I talked to SK he was totally OK with sizing it and said if any stones were compromised or fell out during sizing he would take care of it, and it turned out perfectly.

It went from a 6 to a 4.25!

Wow!! Good info to give out, K. I love when the original jeweler will re-work his ring. I would want the comfort of his assurance and skill since he built it. I know LM wouldn't do this.

ugh yeah LM wouldn't (LOL don't remind me!) but SK is so great to work with.

Also, since SK used to be on LM's bench, there are a lot of LM pieces out there that SK actually made, so it makes sense to have SK work on LM pieces.

Wintotty's ring is a 5 and and SK isn't TOTALLY sure it can go down to a 4.25 but he said he will try.

For this halo, he was so awesome. He didn't even blink when I mentioned moissy and he said the OEC was absolutley beautiful and looked just like a real OEC. The next owner of this ring I am sure will be able to work with SK if they need to size or set a stone in it!
