LOL! You are a trip MGR! I have to say, though your current set is my favorite I adore the cartier! Do you still have that? Does it have yellow prongs?! It's spectacular! As are all your pieces, if we're being honest, but I'm not sure my brain can handle that much awesomeness at once.

I love every single one.

Thanks, e and borismom!

e, I still have the Cartier repro set and it still has the ACC in it with the "whellow prongs". I'm thinking of using the melee diamonds in that, and the matching band, for perhaps a future dainty eternity, and scrapping the white gold in those rings.

Dear MGR,

That was the best post ever! smile

I want your final set with an Amora Gem Krupps. And I also want your heavy bezel 3-stone in Amora Gem H&As...in engraved platinum. I love the journey you took! smile

Sometimes we don't know what we want until we see it. smile

Haha, RK,I think we could all tell this tale! I love your set. love love

well my original was a cushion halo...lost it and i thought id get the same thing...discovered halos arent really my thing...

discovered antique cuts, had a wink 3 stone done, loved it but decided for an ering i only want 1 stone,

plain solitaires are a bit boring to me, so im with jcent, i like a solitaire with some bling laugh
so right now my rhr/wedding band is in progress

and then my ering design, which has changed about a bazillion times...will hopefully be revealed (on my finger) at some point this year

and its got to be my forever set!! LOL ive waited so long im sure ill be crazy over it
