Thank you so much for your help ladies! I think I've decided to get a 3.75. When I got sized I tried a 4 and it literally slipped right off and knowing me and my luck, I'd probably lose my ring within 24 hours.

My fingers do swell but I can still get my rings on. I have the dreaded muffin top though so I think the 3.75 should be okay. In the worst case I'd need to resize my ring, which would be better than losing it.

Oh and yes, high sodium foods puff me right up too!

I don't know how you ladies do eternity rings. I'm thinking of getting one for my wedding band but the thought of not being able to resize it stresses me out even though I love eternity bands!

Usually you are advised to "go bigger" with eternity rings and get sizing balls if needed. But, you can always get a "near eternity" with room for sizing.

Wearing multiple rings though also "tightens" things up. If you wear an eternity ring in between say a wedding band and an ering, it being bigger is not necessarily an issue.
