You could make it in brilliant cut trap and pricess from custom cut wink stones maybe. But it may not be what you want.

KJMM bought the setting from GOG after the original owner sold it back to them, with her GOG diamond in it. So she lucked out

I inquired about custom cut traps from Wink and they seemed to think it was possible. You could go with brilliant cut traps and princesses like jcent suggested, or you could go all stepcuts with stepcut traps and squares. Wink carries both of these, so you'd really just need to get a couple of custom cut traps (the squares could be ordered standard, though you'd still have to wait for them to actually be cut). it's a different look, but still one you might like. I'm planning a similar setting for a 3 carat asscher or krupps a few years down the road.
The only downside of Wink's stones is that they are cz, so there might be a question of how well they would hold up if this is a ring you plan to wear every day for the rest of your life.
