Note that setting the stone does not involve heat - heat is only needed for resizing and welding the prong head in, both of which are done before setting the center stone.
Also, the enhanced stone heat thing you read refers to the Serenity process b/c it has a quartz coating.
The Amora enhanced has no coating, it is part of the stone, so heat is not as much an issue since Moissanite is pretty heat tolerant.
But it still makes sense to protect the stone from heat regardless since there is no upside to heating it and precautions are easy (i.e. the only results from overheating are no damage, or damage...there is no chance it will be improved).
Thus, tell them to protect it from heat like it was a diamond, and you are set.
