haha that was what I was thinknig when Jcent said they could be best friends. I wouldn't expect sisters to be best friends until they are adults. Its always a competition with girls.

Its the year of little girls!!!

just got back from my 12 weeks scan! it looks like a baby! waving its hands all over, so cute! Dr. said the neck fluid measurements were very good, and the nose bone was good too. Yay! we have to wait for the blood tests but i'm feeling much more confident. I did breifly see the little baby parts down below but couldn't tell if they looked more like girl or boy parts. the tech didn't offer a guess either.

I guess I have to wait until 18 weeks.

I know, I'm so excited that my daughter will have a sister, I have always been so envious of the sisterly bond haha. I adore my brothers but my mother has sisters and they are all best friends. Plus girls are just so much fun to shop for.

i remember how enthralled i was at my 12wk scan and seeing my baby. the first time i saw him was at 8wks and he was a peanut shaped blob with buds for arms and legs. at 12wks there was a baby on the screen with legs crossed and sucking on a thumb wait til the 18wk scan... you will probably cry buckets haha
