He was great as usual. I returned the ring Friday and we're starting again now. I have what I want settled in my head, I changed the design a bit. I am very thankful to be dealing with someone with such an outstanding customer service level. I could be sitting here with a ring I am not in love with.

I'm really excited over the new design. I sent a video, pictures, idea, etc....(thanks for the advice).
While I was looking online, an idea dawned on me to incorporate into the ring (which I can't believe I didn't think of before) and he wrote back that he can do it. I can't wait to see a CAD.
