My vote is tied between the Waterman and the organic leaf.

However, I should say that I personally ADORE James Meyer's style, and the organic leaf rings (minus the one on the top left right) remind me of his work, so I am biased.

But I think you might be happier with the Waterman set, based on your self description and home interior style. I wouldn't go with the black rhodium though..
