It has been thought (mistakenly) that a man's hand or finger size relates to another appendage's size! I can attest to that being incorrect. Hubby has very large hands...
Umm, of the two ways I can read that, one is strange to read on a jewelry forum (but congratulations, I suppose, lol) and the other is a major dig at your DH...

And sometimes idiots, yes. But our sometimes idiocy helps to level the playing field with your sometimes emotional-lunacy. =P Touché, Nick. Touché.

*ponders mentioning hubby's ring finger size*
hmmmmm...
A woman's 7 is quite average. An 8 just slightly above average. Some sales people, sheesh.
I envy those who can walk into any kind of jewelry store - costume or otherwise and can most likely find a ring in the case in their size.

LOL!! I will keep my hubby's hands to myself, lol, but I wear a 6 and if I am trying on rings, they all fit, pretty mush just right. So the stock size here anyway, is a 6 or maybe 6.5.

Oh ok, I'll say this, did y'all know that the more testosterone a person was exposed to in the womb determines how long the ring finger is in relation to the middle and pointer? The longer the ring finger the more testosterone exposure and also, as studies have shown, the more inclined that person is to become a musician.
