Hello and welcome to the boards!
Though I ended up choosing to have a ring custom designed and made, I would have no hesitations purchasing from MoCo. As is inevitable, there have been a few posters who haven't been completely happy with their purchases, but from what I have seen the overwhelming majority of MoCo customers are thrilled with their rings and their customer service staff work hard to fix any problems that might come up. You can check out the Moissanite Co/Asha Diamond vendor board in this forum for more reviews.
You've chosen a beautiful setting! Just so you know, it's also known as "Denise," and if you search the boards you can probably find even more pictures of it. For now, here's a thread made by the wife of the owner of MoCo, who liked the design so much she got one for herself! Hers has an Asha center, not a moissanite, though.
http://betterthandiamond.com/discussion/...of_1#Post628157 As far as craftsmanship, just be aware that all rings with pave (little diamonds set in a halo and/or band) must be treated with more care than the average ring. The more pave there is, the greater chance there is that you can accidentally hit the ring against a hard surface and knock of the small stones loose.
And just thinking ahead a bit, if you do decide to get this ring I'd highly recommend upgrading to Amora-enhanced moissanite. Your stone will be pre-screened for cut and quality, will be whiter (H/I) instead of the K/L/M color that moissanite typically is, and it seems to eliminate the green tinge that regular moissanite sometimes gets in overcast weather.
