Does anybody here have a Euro shank? If so, what you do you think of it? Is it more comfortable? Does it ever interfere with finger dexterity?

Thanks!

good question. Does it really stop the spinning?

Yes, it really does stop the spinning, and yes they ARE comfortable! I personally love them for the larger stones as it helps prevent the flopping.

I've only had one person "ever" come back and ask to have the shank changed to a traditional round after wearing a Euro.

It might take a fw days to get used to, but everyone seems to love them.

I love my Euros--they stabilize my rings.

For those of us who have to size up a bit because of knuckles is the euro shank enough to minimize spin or are we better off with sizing beads. Note, I'm meaning size up just a bit, not too much.

I'm thinking the advantage to sizing beads is that they would stop the spinning but also provide a bit of extra room for occasional puffiness....???

I have a euro shank but she is a little big. We tried on 6.5's in all the jewelry stores but she seems a little loose, at least until we get the wedding band on there. So, mine does flop but it doesn't spin all the way around. My question...can you put sizing beads on a euro shank?

I don't see why you couldn't. wink But summer is coming and you may swell up a bit, so if it were me, I might be tempted to wait a bit and see.

Waiting until winter was the plan. I know when I run or first thing in the morning it fits snugger.
