I have been searching for any information on Agape Diamonds out of Tampa, Fl. Does anyone have any experience with these man made diamonds? Here is the link to their website

I actually have a little experience with these people. When I first discovered man made diamonds I went shopping right away for some rings thinking "omgosh this is GREAT!" What I didn't know is there is a clear difference between "synthetic" and "simulated" diamonds and a great many online retailers try and smudge the line with fancy wording and back talking. This particular vendor does have an E-bay store if I'm not mistaken and that's where I encountered them. Something just wasn't right in my eyes with what they were selling and the extremely low prices so I shot off several fact finding emails to this company to see exactly what it is they are selling. I flat out asked them for only a yes or no answer ONLY in one of the mails if they were selling Cz and they couldn't legally say yes but they didn't say no either. Instead they went off into some novel of an explanation with fancy words to try and imply they were without actually saying yes. So, I fired off another round of e-mails looking for that yes or no answer and they just couldn't provide me with that solid clear YES I directly asked them for ...this time I got the whole " we cannot answer your questions please refer to out FAQ section" song and dance. It is what it is, a normal CZ like Morning Glory has said but my gosh they try to hide it VERY well. I tried to dig up some info on the company itself after being so ticked off with them but I came up empty handed. Here is their e-bay store for reference incase you want to stay clear of them.

Yes, the post by a regular consumer is really just BTD posing as an every day person to discredit your product. Riiiiiiiight. Sorry, but we consumers have the right to post personal experiences and factual information where it will be useful. Get over it.

I'm sorry, but you are nowhere near "competition" for BTD. Their product is incredibly different from yours, not only are you not even on the same level, but you aren't even in the same game.

Yup, they do not hide the fact that they sell a CZ;however, independent testing verifies the superior performance of an Asha over your average cheap CZ.

Yup, you are right again! They DO sell CZ stones! All of them! Certainly the quality of which varies. Many of them do not try to hide what they sell, unlike your company apparently. Good day to you.

Didn't we have a conversation about two years ago where you emailed saying you were going to take legal action if we didn't change some customers post about your company?

Remember, where I clarified what the Lanham act is, what unfair competition is, how we just finished our lawsuit against Sona Diamonds for similar false product claims and defamation of BTD?

And remember how you suddenly didn't want to talk about any further legal action after I invited you to proceed with your suit and laid out exactly how we would respond, with the exact causes of action we would pursue?

Anyway J*m*l, I traced this account (no matter how many times I tell people, no one seems to consider I used to be a software architect) so just give up the pretenses here...if you want to rebut a consumer posting, do so legitimately and not under a bogus account.

And stop with the ALL CAPS POSTINGS, and false claims about how a legit consumer postings is really BTD in disguise...even as you are the one in fact posting under false pretenses.

Don't post again under this bogus account - make one for your company and interact like a mature adult or else just stay off the boards.
