It has finally arrived, my ring from David Klass!! And OMG... I'm so in love... And relieved. I was really nervous before I got the ring, because I didn't see the stone before it was set, but it is so incredibly beautiful smile

Kangaroocrazy recommended DK and working with him was such a pleasure. He did an absolutely fabulous job! The ring is so pretty and delicate and just like I wanted, a floral like crown to match the floral like pattern of the OEC. The ring is inspired by Mark Morrell's beautiful Petite Torchiere, but modified a little.

I can recommend DK 100%. He is amazing! He screened the stone for me and was very honest, open and wonderful to deal with.

I bought the OEC Amora from MoissaniteCo and their customer service was excellent. They answered my emails very quickly and were always so patient, answering all my millions of questions about color etc. I'm so happy with the service I received from them (Jera, Mike and Chris).

I was really, really nervous about the color because I had never seen a moissanite in real life and read about the green and the yellow tint. So I was worried. But when I saw my OEC I just couldn't believe how bright, white and sparkly it was!!!! It's been very overcast here, but NO GREEN smile To me it looks super white and compared to my diamond (which I believe is F/G) it looks just as bright, just a tiny bit more vanilla colored when looking at them side by side and very, very closely. And the creamy white color is so gorgeous, just warm white, no yellow or green. I have challenged the stone and looked at it critically next to green things and in overcast weather. But nothing. Just white or creamy white. And the sparkle and fire is amazing! It has these wonderful pastel colors flashing.

I couldn't be happier about this stone and setting!

Ring specs:
14K solid, unplated white gold (X1 nickel free palladium mix).
1.25 OEC Amora, J color
Ring size 4.5.

Here are some pictures!
(I will have my macro lens tomorrow and will try to get some better close up shots and maybe a video.)

I didn't have a pretty flower so i used an onion! wink

Here you can see the warm white color next to some icy white cotton.

Blurry pic, but here it's next to some green in overcast weather, but no green tint in the stone.

(Sorry about the huge pictures, I don't know how to resize them!)

It is truly a masterpiece!

I am so glad you are happy with your stone and your setting, and even the experience! In the end, most of us end up with a set me adore, but sometimes the road getting there can be rocky to say the least (I feel I qualify toward that statement!). But I'm so happy for you and everything just turned out so beautiful! The stone is incredibly white (suprising it was graded a J, as mine was as well and mine looks to be at least one shade, or maybe even two shades more tinted) as well!

I'm looking very forward to a video!
