Well, the "the skies above are blue" was my first thought as I was reading the lyrics. Then I remembered the poem. But here's the thing...since this is an anniversary ring I feel like I should use our wedding song since it was a song we shared. Ich Bin Din preceded our marriage by 7 years, and doesn't really mean anything to him, it was my thing. I'm thinking of having a locket made for him and have that little etsy Ich Bin Din box put inside. Then it will mean something to him.
