Well, in that case, I would go with a 5 stone, or even a 7 stone...but much smaller stones. Like 2.5 or 3mm stones... A band 3mm or 3.5mm in width would still be quite blingy, but not compete too much with your e-ring.
What is the smallest the OECs come in? Is it 3mm? I know someone was talking about that before here somewhere. And I seem to recall them costing about $80 each.
