I am looking for a 10x8 oval cut ruby to put into this ring. What are some other sources besides BTD for a nice deep color and good cut? I am not against getting one from BTD, I just would like to hear other places as well.

Chris UK has lab rubies. They are pretty, but not so deep and quite pink.







and Chatham... but they will be pricier than BTD.

Thanks Olive. I really want a real ruby. Cz sparkles like crazy and most colored gemstones don't. That is part of the reason I do not like the purple cz that is set in this ring currently.
