Let me just say, I am very impressed with the customer service of Helzberg Diamonds. With response time, I got a response within 2 hours of my e-mail. I had a person assisting me the entire time, her name is Chelsea. She was able to accommodate my requests, answer my questions, and even personally called me to inform me about the UPS Customer Center. She then and went ahead and e-mailed me directions to the UPS Customer Center here in Hawaii, complete with a Google Map and directions. She then called to made sure I received it, we gushed bout my ring, and she then congratulated me on graduating. It was, overall, a great experience.

Ring:
The ring was beautiful. It sterling silver, and the weight of the ring is pretty hefty. One of the things I dislike about some of the sterling CZ rings I bought is that they are light--like really light. This ring has some heft to it, making it feel real. Although it is too white for my taste, I still love the depth of the ring. I am a novice when describing jewelry so I'll just post pics.









VERDICT: Love it!!! I love the weight, I love the customer service, and overall, I love the depth of the stone. Timely shipping (Chelsea made sure I got this in before Mother's Day) is an extra plus. Will buy from them again for sure.

Hmmm Ginger, I haven't actually decided yet. I probably will, but at the moment, I will wear it as it is without cooking it ;-) I probably will give it a week, then it'll start bugging me a bit and then I'll cook it.

I had NO clue that Helzburg sold simulants. I LOVE that ring! I think that would go perfect with the solitare that I am getting (well I bought the double claw setting from poppyseed and am gong to have my 8mm CW Cartier cushion set in it), even with the mix of cuts!

Do you possibly have the link to where you bought it? and maybe a video or two??...am I asking for to much?? lol

But I ended up with the Helzberg Diamonvita Asscher Eternity. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I forgot to mention in my review that the ring is comfortable. But I guess for me that doesn't matter, I really have a high tolerance for pain and discomfort. LOL

YES! I think that is the setting. I can't wait for it to get here! I was hoping it would be here by mothers day..but still not here so I guess that isn't going to happen! I can't wait to see the videos!

I would love it if you also slipped that solitare on during one of the videos (wink wink) because I am curious as to how I would like it. I have pondered whether I would like the Krups or Asscher cut as a solitare but to be honest I like sparkle and am not sure if there would be enough for me from them. I know I love the look of the regular emerald cut but it doesn't have the sparkle factor that I want, so it just makes me unsure of the others.

That Daniel K looks pretty, but I think you did good with the Helzburg one. I am not a fan of the Ushaped prongs...they just don't seem to be strudy enough for me. I love the basket look on eternity bands anyway! i am so glad your happy! I just may have to get one for myself after I see yours.it is a great price!

Crazeemom28, unfortunately, I still do not have my setting as well. Much like you, I was hoping for it to come by Mother's Day and even my graduation day. However, it seems like it won't, and I'll just keep refreshing my e-mail hoping for notification of delivery.

Or maybe I should order a Asscher from Wink...except I don't want colorless and there are no more CW!! UGGH...I don't think he has another white option besides clear/colorless either. I just may have to get an Asha in the long run, but right now I don't want to spend that much since I'm still socking away money towards my "dream" ring..that I will eventually decide on. In the mean time these nicely priced beauties will just have to do! ;p

OH BTW..how is sizing on this? true to size? I don't want to order the wrong size if I decide to order it. It doesn't look like it is too chunky either so I bet it is comfortable...

I think it will look good with a simple solitaire, but I haven't seen a Cartier cushion in person. I'm sure the mixing of stone shapes won't be a bad thing. I think it will look great in fact.

The sizing is true to size. I am 6 and ordered a 6,and it fits well (except I'm on my monthly and extremely bloated >.<).

To me it is not that chunky, the prongs don't poke my skin as much as other eternities I have tried on. I can honestly say that in my perspective, this is pretty much close to what I wanted for an eternity.
