What an awesome thing to witness in person, kanga. Congratulations!!
I can't believe how they are born as an embryo, practically, and can crawl up, find that teat, and snuggle in. It is a wonder they make it at all. I, too, can't wait to watch it grow.
Name??? I suppose you need to wait until you know the gender, right? lol. So cute.

Isnt it amazing girls!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nikki,..Please tell me you watched the whole RooGully series!! Here! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqO-OQ3Ec1QMy FAVORITE is the one where the joey and mom are in the house,..baby wants in mommas pouch SO bad,..and in the end...baby wins and momma is belly up with HUGE joey in her pouch! In the US there are breeders. We got ours by trades,.I used to have a whole bunch of crazy animals,..or trading for my artwork. My only hope to ever have another joey was to have Romeo figure it out!! Since my passion is for the roos,..I use them to educate people in the US what they do to them in Australia (shooters) Its the number one massacre in the world. And extremely inhumane. When I do have a joey,..I bring them to retirement homes..oh boy do they love holding that baby!! And schools libraries can hire me for education,.then I send a portion of the money to a rescue place in Australia for the roos. Flash,..If its a boy...his name will be SCOOBY ROO!! I am still thinking on a girl name!!

i sure did watch the whole series on youtube..so sad when the little solomon cant latch  yeah the tipping is neat...they want in there soooo bad... but now what romeo figured it out are they gunna start breeding like rabbits?? LOL and what if the bean ends up another girl?? ull have tons of roos running around in no time

And you are right if its a girl,...
I have another pasture as she would live with the 2 female wallaroos I have,.........
and if its a boy,...we will fix him,..and Romeo will LOVE having a son to play with!! The boys like to wrestle more than the girls..lol
Now,..when Romeo finally gets to breed with BellaRoo,..oh dear,..
2 per year?? I will have to sell one,..or end up putting Romeo with only ONE girl!!
Are you interested in a waiting list to purchase a red joey?!!! LOL!!!!!!!

yeah she did have a nice voice, lol yeah ino one baby year but get a few girls there and ull be overflowing..LMBO ah ok i wasnt sure if they could be fixed or if u had separate areas  haha no no u need to keep em!! ud never be able to sell one come on! i was curious have they ever gotten loose? if they did would they listen like a dog would?? i have a feeling a roo wouldnt do too well in canada or maybe you can breed em like crazy and ill make canadas first roo sled team!! hmm the ride might be a bit bumpy tho

Good one Flash!! Rooby Lane!! I just saw this!! Nikki,..good question on if they got loose. It would be devastating!! They would get really scared and their instinct is to "flight." Then if they could get the "stress myopothy" and die later... Horrible thing to think about. Soooooooooo, we have DOUBLE fencing AND a gate at our front entry way,..just in case one go tout on OUR property. And you are right,.sell them  Oh my gosh it will be sooooooooooooo hard!! But we have BellaRoo,..so when she gets prego,..that would be TWO a year!!! I may have to separate by then!!
