I am getting an 8mm asha RB in the mail soon! And I have an 8x6mm oval Moissy. I'll take photos as soon as I get my asha ring.

JAM...its obvious that you don't like moissy. It seems you find your way into every thread to make the point that moissy is warm and not diamond like. But, many, many, many people DO like moissy and don't think it is too warm...especially the Amora rounds. Amora rounds are whiter than the average diamond. They are near colorless on the diamond grading scale. The amount of color in an Amora round is impercievable to most when viewed independantly in a setting.

It is no more accurate to say that moissy is too warm/not diamond like than it is to say that Asha is too white and therfore not diamond like (after all, few diamonds are as white as Asha).
Asha and moissy are different, some will prefer one over the other but they are both beautiful and will pass as diamond.

Lol, sorry your getting frustrated. Those stones are night and day. Like I've said.. Moissy has beautiful sparkle. Prettier than diamond. I just can't get over the warmth. If it were sunny everyday and if it sparkled like it does all the time, I than would have a moissy. I have a cousin with the Amora moissy and she loves it. It is beautiful just warm. I don't hate moissy. I've never said that.

Moissy is warmer than my diamonds. I am also color sensitive. I'm very picky also. I've worked with diamonds. I've compared my moissanites with diamonds. To me they are not very diamond like. Like you've said.. A lot of ppl wouldn't know it's not a diamond. Moissy is pretty. We all have our opinions.

isn't it nice that we're all allowed to be different, and we all have the option to purchase whichever sparkly thing we prefer?

no sparkly thing is better than any other sparkly thing - much like people, each have their own flaws.

just so y'all know, I was totally skeptical about the
Moissy prior to purchasing it, completely prepared to
dislike it, but I find it very very appealing.

I was prepared to send it right back after taking
some comparison shots, and that's not gonna happen.

The sparkle factor is insane, and I quite like that.
Moissy shoots off so many multi-colored sparks that
I get lost staring at it.
I also really REALLY love the way it's cut !!!

Sooo...... instead of sending it right back
I am finding myself thinking of settings for it !!!! love

You all are right, it's different, and people
like / love different things.

It's warm, and that's not bad.
Here is maybe a more flattering picture of it,
again outdoors....
