aww, thanks, btrflai. Thanks for posting and offering your perspective on Bikram! You are right, it isn't for everyone. (Everyone should try it to see if they like it, though!) But yoga in general can be! I'm in awe you grew up with it, and then of course, went back to it and have been going strong for 5 years now! Awesome! What you do...holding poses for minutes at a time. OH LAWDY NO! lol!!!
