This review is long overdue for my Split Shank Sapphire Ring. Poppyseed was so wonderful to work with. She is the definition what all customer service should be like. She helped me with sizing and initial design questions. Whenever I emailed her asking for the status of my ring, she responded promptly even if she didn't have an answer right then.

I was sent photos of the wax molds, initial casting/setting and final product. The turnaround time was pretty standard for a custom ring, and the quality of it was great.

I will plan to use Amcor for many more projects in the near future Thanks!
