If some of you havent read about my latest dilemma let me just make a long story short. I ordered a beautiful 8.5mm amora from moissanite co. The customer service was wonderful but for my taste it showed a little too warm next to my diamond sidestones.


I emailed BTD and Wink to see what my options are as far as ashas or wink cz's go. At this point I wasn't aware that moissanite co also owns ashadiamonds.com. I immediately got emails from BTD and Wink doing their best to help me and give me the support that I needed! Both were very helpful and informative!

Then I decided to call Wink myself and got really lucky to have the oppurtunity to speak with him today. I explained to him my situation and he informed me what my options were. He also stressed that I email moissaniteco (after I already did) and explain to them my situation because he feels that mike will do what he can to help me out. Wink also told me about ashadiamonds.com and how moissaniteco is owned by the same people. He also spoke very highly of Less and told me that whichever company I decide to go with that I am definitely in great hands! Now i'm just waiting for moissaniteco. to respond and I understand it's a holiday weekend and it will take some time for them to answer me. I will just say that all three companies are very supportive when you need them the most and all act as a team!

That is so neat that Wink helped you out with ashadiamonds and moissyco Good for him!

Oh yeah! He was so polite and helpful! So was Dana from btd... She was so patient and went above and beyond to help me I was very pleased! They are both awesome!
