So three weeks ago I had literally never heard of moissy ( I can hear the gasps of horror), and since finding Moissanite Co I have been spending hours choosing my ering upgrade.

I think I've decided that this is the one.

I'm thinking a 8mm round Amona stone, because after reading all the combined wisdom on this forum I think this offers me the best combination of size and not too much warmth.

Now I see the 8mm Amona stone is out of stock! I assume that this will be back in stock again..soon!!

So, just for the record I have swayed from my original wish of a cushion cut...just seems I have fallen for the round stone after all.

Any ladies here have this style, and did it live up to your expectations?

And I've decided that I won't be telling it's a moissy...I'm going to love it for being an entirely different stone and also know that I don't have to worry about having a blood diamond.

I have a 7.5mm unenhanced rb moissy in the Embrace halo. The halo and sidestones are diamonds.

My ring is not too different to your choice and in answer to your question...yes! The ring has lived up to my expectations and I love it
