So I got the Split Shank ring in today. I had planned on not even opening it as to not sway my decision. but I HAD to open it. After all, it was in a UPS box and I was going to ship it back via FedEx. The ring is stunning, but it does sit very high and having experience with this same type of halo and melee, know that I will lose stones.

Although after opening it, I did toy with the idea of putting a 7mm peachy pink OEC in it.

But setting a peachy pink OEC will be next years project. I'm head over heels for that sakura ring on schubach's site, jcent's cupcake and kanga's bello roo 2.

Someone else needs to buy this split shank! It is crazy sparkly and just gorgeous. I've got my mind set on the Sophie.
