I watch this jeweler/distributors videos a lot. I absolutely hate H&A cut. I think it makes the stone look flat/ugly in my personal opinion. Is that weird? I think RBs are gorgeous. I hope when they come out with the Amora Gem they do regular RB just in F color.

Nope, not weird. I hate it too. It is all personal preference. I don't like RBs either. Princess cuts make me want to gag. Step cuts and antique cuts are where I go weak in the knees.

I don't think RBs are on the Gem menu... but I haven't looked in a while. I hope you find something you like!

You're not crazy, everyone has their personal tastes! I kind of love them all, some more so than others(except for heart cuts, those just make my eyes cringe for the most part).

I agree. I don't care much for it. The RB looked better in the comparison to me.

What would the cut be considered in my 7.5mm round enhanced moissanite? I don't really care but I don't think I like that H&A either. Maybe that's why I wasn't really interested in a round cut. But the ring I was craving only came in round and, to be honest, she is perfect. I've only had her for a little over a month and I get lost in her fire and brilliance and just stare at it all day with a little bit of drool...

while I'm looking at this video I'm thinking maybe Star 129 would be the closest of all the ones he's shown.

Moissy is just a a regular RB. Until Amora Gem comes out, then that will be H&A.

That is funny you say that, many people really dislike the moissy RB cut. But it really is all in the eye of the beholder. The RB cut is too flat on top for my liking, but I agree, the sparkle is amazing!
