I ordered an asha wedding ring set on the diamondbistro on the May 16th.They were mailed May 17th 2nd day air and I was suppose to receive them May 21st.UPS has lost the package and they have not seen the rings since May 18th.Has this ever happened to anyone? They have 8 days to try to find the package.The 8th day will be Friday.I really want my rings.It looks like I may be getting a refund frown

Thank you,I hope they find it too.It was an asha bella halo wedding set and I was getting so exited. Now I don't know if I will ever see it.The good news is , it was insured.

I actually have had UPS "lose" one of my packages before. I think it was stolen though. They never found it or knew what happened. It totally sucks and I am so sorry. I hope they do find yours.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. frown I know exactly how you feel because the same thing happened to me. I bought a one-of-a-kind diamond and sapphire necklace from DB. It was sent by Priority with tracking and insurance. Long story short, it was stolen in the mail. I got a refund thankfully, but I would rather have had the necklace. I feel for you! cry

OH NO!!! That sucks. I had UPS deliver one of my very large packages to the wrong address. The UPS guy delivered it to a house a block away. Luckily, the person who got it saw the address and walked it down to me. But dealing with UPS was a nightmare. They swore it was delivered and signed for by me. what the what? They didn't believe me when I told them they delivered it to the wrong street.
