The castle cut is 12 sided, and not anything kike the OEC. What makes the OEC special is the antique cut, with chunky faceting and an open culet. The castle cut is much more thinly faceted.
As well, Forever Brilliant is actually not coated. The initial stones were, leading to confusion for all of us, but FB is not coated. It is a process that uses high heat I beleive, to change the colour of the stones.
So could they do Amora, and then the old Serenity coating process?? No idea, but I guess they *could*... however that coating is not offered anymore at Serenity, so it is moot. Would it have any effects on the already whitened Amora stone? I am not sure.
